The DEG's Retailer of the Year Award was presented at the CES Reception to Dave Workman, CEO, Ultimate Electronics (left). DEG Vice President Joe Stinziano (of Sony Electronics), Skipp Ross of Ultimate and DEG President Bob Chapek (of Buena Vista Home Entertainment) were on hand for the presentation.
More than 300 DEG members, guests and media were in attendance at the reception to celebrate another record-breaking year for the DVD format, including DEG Board and Committee members Peter Staddon, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment; Emiel Petrone, Philips Strategic Alliance Group; Tom Lesinski, Paramount Home Entertainment; Peter Kaars, Philips Strategic Alliance Group; Sandy Friedman, DreamWorks Home Entertainment; and Mike Dunn, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.
